I consider my work an extension of life experience, designed with complexity while remaining beautifully simple. Using polymer clay as a unifying element in my work , I strive to stretch the boundaries of the polymer clay and mixed media genres merging the best characteristics of both. I refer to my style as Bohemian Nouveau, combining the “Free spirited” characteristics of the Bohemian lifestyle with the free flowing decorative motifs of the Art Nouveau movement. While creating myself or teaching others I emphasize imagination and self expression.
