On a personal note.... I was working on one of  a set of four Mandala's that I have been working on this past month and I needed some photos of authors that have meaning to me. I found these beautiful portraits of two women authors who have influenced my life in a profound way. I read the book  A Room Of One's Own by Virginia Woolf years ago and it helped me take charge of my life and move through a very difficult period of time. The book I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou made me fall in love with story and the magic of a perfectly written sentence. Art is limitless in the influence it has on our lives... I'm so glad it took me in this direction today. Thank you dear ladies...you have so enriched my life.
