I heard something so beautiful today that I just had to share it. James Taylor said something to the effect that when creative people are coming out of "impossible internal situations" they make a mark or path. When they are doing this thing , this " daring daylight escape, it looks like art". I know for me... this is where my most important and meaningful subject matter comes from that inspires my work. This is where passion and technique meld into emotion. That is where this piece came from. Somewhere very deep inside.It is titled Off the Deep End.  I also just finished a piece titled Women's work for the exhibit at the Synergy 2 conference in Baltimore this Feb. It turned out to be a little more complicated than I had planned. But that's what happens when you allow your experience to influence your expression. Photo's will be coming soon.
